BLM 5000 The BLM 5000 Dual Analyzer is the optimal tool for providing threaded fastener quality assurance throughout assembly plants. With two simultaneously read input channels, the user has the ability to evaluate two tightening operations at the same time. Additionally, the BLM 5000 can be used for tool calibration and tightening analysis. It features: - run on a low power PC using Windows CE. - Equipped with 3 USB ports, RS232 and a network port. - A clear 10,4” colour touch screen display. - Calculates minimums, maximums, averages, standard deviation and Cp/Cpk values. The BLM 5000 displays the data collected and the X/R charts. - Data can be exchanged with Torque Supervisor. - Can collect data from residual torque checks - Analysis of joint/Angle/Preload - Simultaneous measurement of the tool transducer and a reference transducer - 2 channels simultaneously evaluate multi-spindles. It can be connected to Atlas Copco QRTT/IRTT transducers. - Two channel simultaneously reading torque/angle rotary transducers in mV/V or preamplified ±5 V.
