Characteristics Atlas Copco BLM has developed a modular system that lets you create truly simple "mock-ups" for tightening torque control on multispindle power tool stations. It includes plugs with joint simulators and torque transducers plus simple guide plugs. The standard plugs can be inserted in special “cakes” that replace the normal workpiece cradle. Of course, the cakes must be designed and constructed to suit each specific case in order to hold the plugs in exactly the right position on the original workpiece.
